In between transnational learning, teaching or training activities, project coordinators from each partner school will have a formal transnational project meeting lasting 3 to 4 days. The role and contribution of these transnational project meeting is joint evaluation, implementation, coordination and management of the partnership relating to academic, administrative and financial aspects. These transnational project meeting are necessary for confirming and shaping the future activities and finalizing practical aspects of the project.

The purpose of these meetings is also to exchange of coordinators activities (what works in terms of innovative methods and pedagogies), that will strengthen the cooperation and networking between partner organisations. Coordinators will address project needs, update and collect information and prepare a formal report. This will ensure maximum management efficiency and resource management in order to maximize fruitful cooperation and successful outcomes.

Transnational project meeting 1 (Cyprus – October 2017).

Hosting school: LANITEIO GYMNASIUM – Cyprus

Participants: Project Coordinators from each school partner.

Goal: Obtain and review project charter – Project kick off

A project charter describes what our project is and how we will approach it. It's a critical component of the project management initiation and planning phases, and we'll refer to it throughout the life of the project.

Transnational project meeting 2 (Sicily – March  2018).

Hosting school: 4° Istituto Comprensivo Domenico Costa - Italy/Sicily

Participants: Project Coordinators from each school partner.

Goal: Joint evaluation, implementation, coordination and management of the partnership relating to academic, administrative and financial aspects. Confirming and shaping the future activities and finalizing practical aspects of the project. 

Transnational project meeting 3 (Greece – October 2018).

Hosting school: 4 Experimental junior high school of Patras – Greece

Participants: Project Coordinators from each school partner.

Goal: Joint evaluation, implementation, coordination and management of the partnership relating to academic, administrative and financial aspects. Confirming and shaping the future activities and finalizing practical aspects of the project. 

Transnational project meeting 4 (Spain– March  2019

Hosting school:  INSTITUT D'AURO - Spain

Participants: Project Coordinators from each school partner.

Goal: Joint evaluation, implementation, coordination and management of the partnership relating to academic, administrative and financial aspects. Confirming and shaping the future activities and finalizing practical aspects of the project. 

Transnational project meeting 5 (Italy – October 2019).

Hosting school: SCUOLA SECONDARIA DI I GRADO G.BOVIO- Italy

Participants: Project Coordinators from each school partner.

Goal: Joint evaluation, implementation, coordination and management of the partnership relating to academic, administrative and financial aspects. Confirming and shaping the future activities and finalizing practical aspects of the project. 

Transnational project meeting 6 (Romania – March 2020).

Hosting school: SCOALA GIMNAZIALA NR. 2- Romania

Participants: Project Coordinators from each school partner.

Goal: Joint evaluation, implementation, coordination and management of the partnership relating to academic, administrative and financial aspects. Confirming and shaping the future activities and finalizing practical aspects of the project.
