Quality Management Methodology
This methodology has two goals, “ensuring a quality end-product and ensuring that all of the process involved during the project lifecycle are carried out efficiently."

All partners form a Project management board with:
school project coordinator(s),
school budget managers,
school dissemination manager,
school ICT expert
a student representative

The role and contribution of the Project management board is joint coordination and management of the partnership relating to academic, administrative and financial aspects. Each partner school will put forward its best practices, experience, institutional capacity and knowledge to fulfil the specific tasks to ensure outreach, visibility, and performance of the project. Project management board manage incoming and outgoing student and staff mobilities both in terms of academic accreditation issues, logistics and preparatory activities.
Before each transnational activity, project coordinators from each partner school will have a formal project meeting. At the same time final plans will be made regarding the organization of the oncoming meeting and the various pre-meeting activities. The purpose of this meetings is also to exchange of coordinators activities (what works in terms of innovative methods and pedagogies), that will strengthen the cooperation and networking between partner organisations. The coordinators will have the permanent responsibility of ensuring correct time management and resource management in order to maximize fruitful cooperation and successful outcomes.

All countries will participate in the development of common results as well as undertaking the responsibility to design and develop results of their own. The project activities directly relate to the goals of the project. Partner schools coordinate their pupils & teachers in local activities and in common activities which are carried out between motilities. We are expected to develop innovative outputs, and/or engage into intensive dissemination and exploitation activities of existing and newly produced products or innovative ideas.
We have split our project goals and our commitment to using creativity, innovation and artistic expression into six target categories as shown below. Over a period of 36 months, each category is married with both local and common activities as explained in previous sections. Partner schools must engage teachers and students with 2 target categories every year.
Year 1
• opposition to racism and fanaticism
• shielding democratic nature of society
Year 2
• understanding social, ethnic, linguistic religious and cultural diversity
• preventing students from adopting discriminatory attitudes, intolerant, bullying, social exclusion
Year 3
• sustainably managing planets natural resources
• taking urgent action on climate change
